RAINBOW SHUTTLE EDUCATION INC. – CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated: January 9, 2026

Rainbow Shuttle Education Inc. (“we” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of children who use our products and/or services. Children are individuals under the age of 13.

1. The Information We Collect From Children, How We Use It, and How and When We Communicate with Parents

We offer a range of products and services, many of which are primarily for children and their families. In any instance that we collect information about an identifiable child (“personal information”), we will retain that information only so long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the product and/or service request and/or seek the parental consent for that collection.

Registration.

Children may register with us, including via our website, to view content, participate in contests, among other things. During the registration process, we may ask the child to provide certain information for notification and security purposes, including a parent’s email address, the child’s name, and the child’s account username and password. We may also ask for birth dates from children to validate their ages. We strongly advise children not to provide any personal information in their usernames. We will not require a child to provide more information than is reasonably necessary in order to participate in an online activity on our website.

Content Generated by a Child

Certain activities on our website may allow children to create and/or share content. Some of these activities do not require children to provide any personal information and therefore may not result in notice to the parent or require parental consent.

If an activity potentially allows a child to provide personal information, we will seek parental consent by email for collection of such personal information. The email will explain what information we are collecting, how we plan to use it, how the parent can provide consent, and how the parent can revoke consent. If we do not receive the parental consent within a reasonable period time, we will delete the parent contact information and any other personal information collected from the child in connection with that activity.

If parental consent is provided for content that includes personal information and if we plan to post such content publicly or share it with a third party, we will obtain higher-level parental consent. The higher-level parental consent may involve a written consent agreement and verification of the parent’s identity.

Contests

For contests, we typically require only the information necessary for a child to participate (e.g. a first name) and parent’s email address (to notify the parent if applicable). We only

contact the parent for more information for prize-fulfillment purposes when the child wins the contest.

2. Parental Choices and Controls

At any time, parents can refuse us to collect further personal information from their children in association with a particular user account or activity on our website, and can request that we delete from our records the personal information about their child(ren) we have collected in connection with the user account or the activity on our website.
